Quick reads
Scissors is the offense's safe call. Its worst case is no gain, and a tie pushes the defense back 5 yards and gives you the down again.
Paper is the offense's big swing. Beat Rock and you get double the dice. But Scissors sacks you for a loss of 5.
Rock on offense is a gamble. Paper takes the ball away, and a tie costs you 5 yards and the down.
Paper is the only defense that can take the ball. But tie with Paper and the defense loses Paper for the rest of the series.
